The "Four Capabilities" Promotion Special Training Course for the Secretary of Rural Party Organizations in our city officially opened.

It was understood that during the five-day intensive training, 2064 rural Party organization secretaries in the whole city will study the spirit of the 19th National Congress and Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, study Party spirit education and practice of Party building to promote development, study the Party's rural work policy, rural grass-roots governance and the duties and working methods of the Party organization secretary at the grass-roots level.

After the opening ceremony, the relevant leaders of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee gave a vivid and profound party lesson to the trainees on the theme of "consciously undertaking the political task of grassroots ideological work in rural areas".

The course pointed out that we must hold high the ideological banner of the new era, carry out extensive activities to create spiritual civilization in rural areas, promote the construction and development of rural culture, and educate the masses of Party members and cadres in rural areas with Party's innovative theory, socialist core values, excellent traditional culture and socialist advanced culture, and standardize network behavior, educate and guide the masses of Party members and cadres in rural areas to understand religion scientifically, and safeguard the ideological security of grass-roots network and the harmony and stability of rural society.
