On the afternoon of October 29, a free and centralized signing ceremony was held for the public resource stations of 5G network construction in central urban area. The signing places covered hospitals, schools and community service centers. 

In April this year, our city took the lead in issuing the implementation plan of accelerating the construction and application of 5G network in the whole city and the planning of 5G communication base station in Chenzhou City. From January to September, a total of 1244 5G base stations were opened in the city, 102.6 percent of the original provincial annual plan was completed, and the number and progress of the construction were in the forefront of the province.

Vice Mayor He Zunqing pointed out that all departments at all levels should resolutely implement the important directive spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "efforts to build the national important and advanced manufacturing heights" proposed in Hunan, further enhance the sense of political responsibility, continue to strongly support the construction of 5G network, and effectively solve the problem of 5G base station construction site selection, so as to realize the continuous coverage of Chenzhou 5G network, and promote the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal General Management Office should give full play to the role of the coordination leading group, actively coordinate and handle the existing problems, and timely supervise and report the matters that fail to be implemented in place, so as to ensure the implementation of relevant policies.

The three major operators and tower companies should fulfill their main responsibilities, strengthen the construction of 5G base stations and application scenarios, and boost the high-quality economic and social development of Chenzhou.
