Yi Pengfei said that in recent years, China Railway has actively participated in the construction of major projects and poverty alleviation in Chenzhou, and both sides have established a good cooperative relationship. He hoped that both sides would focus on pooling their own resources advantages and further deepen cooperation. Chenzhou City will solidly promote the preliminary work of advantageous resource projects, make good resource allocation for China Railway's investment in Chenzhou, ensure the efficiency of enterprise investment, and realize local development in mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation. At present, Chenzhou is implementing the directive spirit and important speech, and it was hoped that China railway could pay more attention to Chenzhou, pay attention to the area of the sandbanks, give full play to its resource advantages, expand its cooperation areas, integrate its support for Chenzhou into cooperation, and realize the sustainable development of bilateral cooperation.

Wang Shiqi said that China Railway and Chenzhou City have been linked to poverty alleviation, participated in and witnessed the development of Chenzhou and the poverty alleviation of Rucheng and Guidong, and it is duty bound to serve the economic and social development of Chenzhou. China Railway will actively play its initiative, pay attention to new forms of cultural tourism, deepen project construction, seek industrial cooperation, cooperate with local Party committee and government to implement the work well, and contribute to the development of Chenzhou's high quality.
