Chenzhou Trademark Service Window was commended by the Trademarks Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration for its good performance in handling trademark related issues, which is the only one receiving the commendation in Hunan Province.

Since its foundation in February 2018, Chenzhou Trademark Service Window has been striving to improve the service environment, streamline the service procedures, refine service contents and promote the service quality.

Besides, it has been working to practice the people-oriented philosophy with concrete actions, take it as its aim to reduce operating costs for market entities, vigorously promote reform in trademark registration, provide multiple ways such telephone, WeChat and email for market entities, allowing them to apply for trademarks nearby and thus saving much time and money for them.

By the end of June 2021, Chenzhou Trademark Service Window has accepted 2,784 cases of trademark registration and 450 other relevant cases, provided consulting service for more than 10,000 people and offered services for enterprises and people from Chenzhou, Hengyang, Beijing, Zhejiang and etc. The total number of the cases it has dealt with is among the highest in Hunan Province. Meanwhile, it continues to provide convenient services for the people, which has been broadly recognized by the general public.
