During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, ADBC Chenzhou Branch plans to invest no less than 40 billion yuan (6.18 billion US dollars) in loans to support the 23 major areas of rural revitalization in Chenzhou and 102 major projects identified in the 14th Five-Year Plan Outline.

Specifically, it will lend no less than 15 billion yuan (2.32 billion US dollars) to the four counties in Chenzhou that have been lifted out of poverty, and will issue loans to Suxian District (a rural revitalization demonstration area) at no less than the cumulative growth rate of agricultural credit. This initiative aims to contribute to the promotion of rural revitalization in Chenzhou, the implementation of the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" strategy and the development of the "One Pole and Six Areas".

According to the cooperation agreement, the three parties will promote the effective integration of the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, agricultural modernization, rural area construction, and the establishment of rural revitalization demonstration areas.

They will have in-depth cooperation in areas such as facilitating rural revitalization in poverty-free areas, maintaining national food security, supporting agricultural modernization, serving coordinated regional development, enhancing green financial services, and assisting Suxian District to build an agricultural and rural modernization model.

Since 2018, ADBC Chenzhou Branch has issued a total of 14.997 billion yuan (2.32 billion US dollars) of various loans, supporting 33 major projects at provincial, municipal and county levels. In 2021, it has invested a total of 2.468 billion yuan (381.36 million US dollars) of various loans for rural revitalization, serving Chenzhou in implementing the "Three Hubs and Four New Missions" strategy and creating the "One Pole and Six Areas".

In the future, ADBC Chenzhou Branch will seize this cooperation agreement as an opportunity to continue to be the main force in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization through financial services.
