To the COVID-19 prevention and control task force of each county, county-level city and district, all municipal departments, all people's organizations, and all enterprises and institutions above the municipal level:

Due to the recent severe pandemic situation, there was a surge in the number of visits to Hunan Health Code and State Council’s Travel History Code, which led to server instability and could not be checked normally. In order to effectively prevent and control the pandemic, starting from 00:00 on August 6, all people entering Chenzhou City must hold a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test result within 48 hours, and are also required to wear a mask, take body temperature, and check the Hunan Health Code and State Council’s Travel History Code. 

All COVID-19 consultation and service stations located at entry routes into Chenzhou City are required to strictly implement relevant prevention and control measures. People entering Chenzhou City before August 6 are requested to report to their communities (workplaces), receive nucleic acid testing and strengthen their self-monitoring.

Any adjustment of the above measures will be notified.
