Yang Ming, director of the center, said, “although the center now opens two channels, each channel is equipped with more than five staff to create a safe, healthy and orderly environment, thus providing efficient and quality services for the public.”
In the office hall, the center has taken various measures to create a safe and orderly environment, including increased staff in order maintenance and safety guidance, to ensure that people keep a safe distance of one meter from others.
The center has readjusted the real estate transaction service area on the second floor considering the large business volume and multiple units and recipients involved, especially for the second-hand housing transaction.
He Jingju, head of the real estate registration center, said, “If someone fail to handle affairs because of the epidemic situation after entering the center, we will prolong the working time to help them at noon.”
The public are reminded to handle affairs online and avoid visiting the hall during the epidemic prevention and control period; and if necessary, they can consult in advance and prepare all required materials, and choose to handle affairs in different times.
