On November 9, the United Front Work Department of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly announced the opening of the service hotline for private enterprises in Chenzhou.
Demands of private enterprises can be reflected via the service hotline of the United Front Work Department 2871241 or the service hotline of the Federation of Industry and Commerce 2375189, such as the difficulties and problems related to the policy implementation, administrative approval, public services and conflict resolution.
For better responses to demands, the two units separately designate staff members on duty to deal with the letters and calls. The appeals are required to reply as soon as possible.
Those appeals that cannot be replied immediately or need to be transferred to functional departments shall be dealt with in time, and follow-up implementation shall be fed back to the enterprise.
For the complaints and reports, the two units will pay regularly return visits after the problem is solved, and relevant information will be disclosed in a certain range to accept the supervision of all parties.
The opening of service hotline aims at smoothing reflection channels for enterprises, building a regular and systematic communication mechanism between government and enterprises, listening to the voices of private enterprises, and promoting the implementation of policies, in a bid to jointly create an open, efficient, convenient, friendly business environment and further promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
