Led by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and the Municipal Fire Rescue detachment, the brigade mainly undertakes the emergency rescue tasks of natural disasters such as floods, forest fires, geological disasters as well as production safety accidents. Meanwhile, it will also take such tasks as instructing the city's emergency rescue forces in special disaster accidents, training exercises and special tactics research.

 

 

The establishment of the brigade and the government full-time station for special disaster accidents increase the city’s capacity in responding to emergency situation. “We will continuously upgrade our emergency brigade so as to build a stronger security barrier for the development of the city,” said director of Chenzhou Emergency (Fire) Rescue Brigade.
