Zhu Xiangqun said that Shazhou Village sees further improvement in industry development, life quality and cadre-mass relationship after General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection. He hoped more policies would be introduced to attract talents to stay in the countryside and support the construction of red cultural tourism industrial park, the provincial party spirit education base and the national party member education base.

 

Since the provincial party committee called for advice and suggestions, departments, units, social groups, public institutions and enterprises in Chenzhou have actively made suggestions through various platforms and channels.

 

For He Hengping, first party secretary of Zhaiqian Village, Guidong County, rural revitalization is his biggest concern. He suggested more efforts should be put into consolidating and expanding achievements in poverty elimination, as well as advancing rural revitalization.

 

Better policies are needed. For example, the collective economic cooperative should be given into full play. Meanwhile, more can be done to streamline administration, delegate power and improve regulation, so that the grassroots organizations can enjoy more policies and support, and increase supervision to make sure the effects.

 

Lei Dongzhu, deputy party secretary and director of Chenzhou First People's Hospital, is highly concerned about problems of the elderly. She advised to encourage public hospitals to set up nursing homes integrating medical care and elderly care, with the participation of multiple departments under the leadership of the government.
