Chenzhou’s trade value with RCEP countries totals 2.01 billion yuan in Q1

In the first quarter of this year, Chenzhou’s total trade value with RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership) countries reached 2.01 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 88.2%, higher than the national growth rate in the same period.

 

The export value was up to 1.7 billion yuan, and the export commodities were mainly eyeglasses, electronic components, and batteries. The import value reached 310 million yuan and the imports included coal, ore and others.

 

According to the statistics of Chenzhou Customs, four enterprises in the city have applied for RCEP certificate of origin, and a total of 20.8 million yuan of exported goods have enjoyed RCEP preferential treatment.
 
The goods involved bismuth ingot, graphite, rubber plug, shoes and caps, etc., which were mainly exported to Japan, with a tax exemption of 55,000 yuan.
