The headquarters of Chenzhou government cloud (city brain) project has extensively learned from the experience of Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and other advanced cities, carried out more than 90 surveys and opinion collections, invited industry experts for project planning and demonstration for more than 160 times, and finally determined the “1 plus 3 plus 11 plus N” city brain construction system combined with the actual situation of Chenzhou.

 

The “1 plus 3 plus 11 plus N” city brain construction system is to build a city brain command center, and three basic support platforms are government cloud platform, exchange & sharing platform and central platform, covering 11 counties and cities, empowering N business application scenarios such as urban governance, livelihood services, industrial economy, public security, and ecological environment.

 

 

 

The project uses cutting-edge technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence to integrate the scattered data resources of government, enterprise and society to realize the goal of modern governance, which aims to solve the difficulties and bottlenecks of urban governance, improve the public service capability, make Chenzhou smarter and people’s life better.

 

At present, the Chenzhou government cloud platform has collected information  from 284 servers and 77 business systems of 35 organizations and finished the data migration, gathered 110 million pieces of shared government information. Chenzhou is promoting the all-round digital transformation of the city’s economy and society through the construction of city brain.
