Since the beginning of this year, to spur investment in quality and quantity and cultivate new growth points, the local government of the county has established a guidance and assistance system for enterprises. 

 

Meanwhile, by utilizing the national circular economy demonstration base and provincial county-level foreign trade characteristic industrial clusters (rare and precious metals) and other brands, it introduced such new state-owned enterprises as Sino-Platinum Metals Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Tin Group to obtain sufficient funding and technical support for high-quality development. The import and export of rare and precious metals have maintained a strong growth momentum. 

 

Efforts have been made to connect enterprises with the digital trade platform “Quality Chenzhou”, and help enterprises such as Tai’an Silver Industry and Zhaoyang Blessed Silver to achieve foreign trade value within the year. 

 

It has also actively connected with Hunan Caisheng Group to establish a branch in Yongxing county, providing foreign trade financing and supply chain cooperation for enterprises like Hunan Tengchi Environmental Protection Technology and Yongxing Changlong Environmental Protection Technology. 

 

The county government has also actively explored export channels. It organized 100 enterprises to go global and seize foreign markets. Comprehensively considering market size, trade potential, country risk and other factors, it guided enterprises to explore key markets in such countries along the Belt & Road Initiative as Africa and ASEAN.

 

It also organized enterprises to participate in economic and trade activities such as Platinum Week, China-ASEAN Exposition and Canton Fair. 

 

Many companies such as Langfeng Pigment have received confirmation notices for participation in paint exhibitions in Mumbai of India, Dubai of the United Arab Emirates, Ho Chi Minh of Vietnam and other countries.

 

Hunan Jenson Display Company participates in electronic industry exhibitions in Nuremberg and Munich of Germany every year. 

 

This year, 23 enterprises in the county have achieved actual import and export performance, 3 enterprises (including 2 production-oriented enterprises) made breakthroughs in foreign trade. It has added 3 new foreign trade enterprises. The foreign trade of entity enterprises has grown rapidly, with an increase of 90.21%.
