Since the beginning of this year, the human resources and social security department of Chenzhou City has promoted the reform of “one-stop” services, which has facilitated the handling of affairs for enterprises and the people. Since the trial operation of “one-stop” services, the comprehensive window has processed 17,700 services about pension insurance, work-related injury insurance, and unemployment insurance for 11,560 people, with the processing time reduced by more than 50%.
