Chenzhou launches online annual bus card check

2025-04-17

Citizens needn’t queue up for the annual bus card verification in Chenzhou starting from March. They can easily complete the annual check of three kinds of special preferential cards on NFC-enabled Android phones, including those for senior citizens, students, and disabilities at the “Chenzhou Bus” app.

As an important platform for people’s livelihood services in the city, Chenzhou Municipal Government Service Center still retains on-site annual check service to provide diversified and humanized services for different groups. Citizens can go to the designated window of the center with relevant documents to apply for the annual examination of bus cards, and the staff will provide detailed guidance and services.

The center has made efforts to promote the diversified service channels for the people, accelerate the pace of connecting Chenzhou’s “Internet plus Government Service” platform to the provincial “one-stop” service system, and upload electronic certificates and licenses regularly.

In addition, it has also strengthened its offline service capabilities as a complement to online service, expecting to build a more three-dimensional, efficient, and convenient livelihood service network.

In 2024, the center handled more than 1.54 million items online and over 410,000 items offline, with items processed online accounting for about 79%.

Next, the center will continue to improve the level of government services based on the needs of the people so as to provide better and more convenient services for enterprises and the people.
