Yang Saibao, male, Han nationality, was born in 1964 in Qiyang City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1990. He has received a bachelor’s degree. He is currently a Member of the CPC Leadership Group, Secretary-general, Director of the General Office, Secretary of the CPC Leadership Group of the Unit, and Inspector at level 2 of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
