Wu Guanghui, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962 in Miluo City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in August 1983. He has received a Bachelor’s degree of Engineering. He is currently the Vice Chairman of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Chairman of Chenzhou Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce.
