Xu Benhua, male, Han nationality, was born in 1963 in Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in December 1977. He has earned a master's degree in engineering. He is currently a Member of the CPC Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of CPPCC Chenzhou Municipal Committee.
