Ma Tianyi, male, Han nationality, was born in 1971 and is from Changsha City, Hunan Province. He started his first job in July 1997 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1990. He has obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree of public administration. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and vice mayor.
