Wu Jupei, male, Han nationality, was born in 1975 and is from Lianyuan City, Hunan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in May 1996 and started his first job in July 1997. He has obtained a master's degree and a doctor’s degree of law. He is currently the secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Committee and acting mayor.
