Ouyang Jianhua, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1963 and is from Anren County, Hunan Province. He began his first job in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in August 1989. He got a college diploma. Ouyang is currently member and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress.
