Liao Manzhu, female, Han nationality, was born in March 1973 and is from Chenzhou City, Hunan Province. She began her first job in September 1993 and joined Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party. She is a master of business management. Liao is currently deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress and chairman of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee of Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party.
