It was reported that Wu Xiaoming- Deputy Director of the Protection Coordination Department of the State Intellectual Property Office led an investigation team to check the intellectual property right protection work of Longnv hot spring’s special products market.

 

Longnv hot spring special products market is a large-scale comprehensive special products market with the largest operation area, most comprehensive products, and best-known fame in Chenzhou city. Currently, more than 500 people worked in the 223 stores of the market, covering more than 400 items- including 200 most famous products of all Chenzhou city’s districts and counties. 90% of the products are with its proprietary intellectual property rights. Linwu Shunhua Duck Group, Yuxiang Food, Bangertai Oil Tea, Guidong Linglong Team, Qulong Knife and some other products are with multi-patents. According to the preliminary statistics, 90% Chenzhou local special products are with patents, accounting for over 180 patents, 80 trademarks and one national geological indication. Some merchants who are lacking of trademark and patent are actively submitting the intellectual right protection to relative departments.
