It was learned from Yongxing county on October 12, 2013 that an agreement on upgrading and improvement of Yuelai Hot Spring was signed between Yongxing county government and Yongxing Tiandiren Tourism Development Co. Ltd.

Followed with this agreement, the tourism company would be with sole proprietorship to develop this project and it would invest more than 400 million yuan on the project from the signing day. According to the company’s plan, it would upgrade and improve some divisions as hotel, restaurants, etc. of the hot spring on the basis of cold and hot spring resources. Some more projects as water park, amusement park, meadow, hot spring spa, ball park, exhibition center, thermae, hot spring estate, etc. would be re-constructed as well. It was purposely to forge a famous tourism destination and high-end hot spring town nationwide with the functions of leisure, vacation, health, fitness, exhibition, and real estate. It would be helpful to upgrade Yongxing county’s landscape level, improve its tourism industry’s development and promote Yongxing county’s establishment of national top 100 scientific development county.
