It was required by Qu Hai on the symposium of economic analysis & investigation trip to Hangzhou city

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City hosted the symposium of economic analysis & investigation trip to Hangzhou city recently. As required on the conference, the investigation results should be converted into real effects and the targets of “half time, half tasks” should be fulfilled as well.

Qu Hai led an investigation team to visit Hangzhou city from June 12-14, 2016.

On the symposium, the team members shared the ideas about the investigation and working plan of next stage. The performance report of economy in the first 5 months of 2016 was also released on the conference.

Qu emphasized that Hangzhou experiences should be well studied and used into daily work. “Going outside, introducing into Chenzhou city” should be carried out as an important measure for further freeing of mind and opening up. More internationalized talents should be introduced into Chenzhou city to improve the internationalization and modernization of Chenzhou city, accelerate its improvement of popular and leisure tourism industry and international tourism city, implement “tourism+” project, and promote integration of industries. Innovative drive should be promoted as the fundamental force of development to activate the energies of entrepreneurship, private economy, and market. The orientation should be confirmed accurately and combined together with practical condition to promote the improvement of characteristic towns. Ecological protection, environment treatment, and discovery of folk culture should be placed as the basic and potential of further development of popular tourism to improve the green, characteristic, and attractive popular tourism. The spirit of craftsman should be integrated into working style to keep improving the work.

Qu said in order to convert the investigation results, more attention should be placed on following six points: accelerating the improvement of characteristic towns with specified key points and assessment mechanism; accelerating ecological protection and environment treatment with specified working plans and targets; accelerating the optimization and upgrading of key points; accelerating the upgrading of urban management; and accelerating the improvement of smart city.
Qu emphasized that currently more attention should be placed on following 5 items: improving the development of projects, especially on the key projects and environment protection projects; paying attention on the analysis and scheduling of economic performance to ensure the target of “half time, half tasks” to be fulfilled; playing more supports on enterprises to upgrade the expectation of enterprises development; well handling investment attraction to cultivate new economic increasing pole; and trying more efforts on flood control.
