In order to improve the independent innovation capabilities and global competitiveness of mining & metallurgy industry in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, the Chenzhou Science and Technology Bureau acted as a go-between and facilitated an agreement among four Chenzhou-based companies and the Hunan Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals on May 19.

 

 

The four companies are Hunan Baoshan Nonferrous Metals & Minerals Co., Ltd., Hunan Shizhuyuan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., Huangshaping Mining Branch of Hunan Noferrous Metals Corp. Ltd., and Hunan Yaogangxian Mining Co., Ltd.

 

 

The agreement is a specific protocol to promote in Chenzhou the implementation of Hunan Strategic League of Technological Innovation in Recycling Mining & Metallurgy Solid Waste. Initiated by the Hunan Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, this league consisting of 32 members was set up in April, 2011.

 

 

This specific agreement marks an official debut of the league in Chenzhou and a new step of the city in recycling mining and metallurgy solid waste.
