Secretary Zhou said that great importance has been attached to the development of Yongxing-based Hunan South Precious Metal Exchange and his special tour here aims to know about the transaction model and operation of the exchange.

He examined the quality of tobacco leaves and inquired about their purchasing when conducting investigation in high-quality tobacco leaf production base in Wutong Village, Renyi Town, Guiyang City. The base, the largest of its kind in Hunan Province, is noted for producing flue-cured tobacco.

During his tours in Hunan Linwu Shunhua Duck Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Jenson Display Co., Ltd, Mr. Zhou was acquainted with the industrial management model of enterprises and their roles in offering job opportunities and promoting farmers' income increase.

In addition, Mr. Zhou highly hailed the efforts of the city to develop Chenzhou city proper-Zixing City-Guiyang County (CZG) into a provincial-level demonstration area for "Two-oriented Society" construction, and to accelerate the construction of cross-shaped city cluster in CZG and Chenzhou-Yongxing-Yizhang.
