The meeting requested to have scientific development as the mainline, stick to the implementation of city's planning scheme to construct the most exposed city in Hunan Province and the central city on the border of Hunan, Guangxi and Guangdong provinces. Based on the targets proposed in the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", it is hoped that Chenzhou will refer to the regional cities in its surrounding, expand its horizons to Hunan and other provinces, and make positioned design for its development at the next stage. The conference also came up with concrete, accurate, inspiring and encouraging subjects for the Fourth Party Congress.

 

It was urged that all departments accelerate work on the proposed plan, and further promote transformation of development model, in order to pool wisdom in building a richer and more harmonious Chenzhou.
