A conference was held to release Chenzhou's deployment of key project construction on August 3 in Chenzhou.

 

According to the conference, 15.5 billion yuan is planned to be invested in 64 major projects this year, and in the first half of this year, 6.983 billion yuan has been in place, hitting a new record high.

 

It has accomplished 45.44% of the target in face of adversities such as global financial crisis and the slow growth of domestic economy, which is 7.1% and 5.2% higher than that of 2009 and 2010 respectively.

 

The total investment has been anticipated to surpass 8 billion yuan by the end of July.
