The Loudi Party and government delegation led by Lin Wu, secretary of the CPC Loudi Municipal Committee paid a visit to Chenzhou on August 9.
Dai Daojin, secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee made in-depth exchange with the delegation. Dai said, focusing on the goal to become the most open city (to the outside world) in the province and a core city in Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi region, Chenzhou has embarked on a track of rapid social and economic development. Guided by the province's " Two-oriented"(resource-conserving and environment-friendly )society construction strategy, the city will exert more efforts to undertake industrial transfer and explore advantageous resources in fuel economic development. He remarked that this visit laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two cities. The two sides will enhance cooperation and exchange so as to promote mutual development.
Chenzhou Mayor Xiang Lili briefed about the prospective situation of city's economic and social development. He said, after high economic growth from a low base in 2009, the city has achieved vigorous growth on a high base in 2010. This year and the following years will see rapid economic development of high quality.
Other officials Wang Xinqing and Yang Yunhui from Loudi, Mao Tengfei and He Wenjun from Chenzhou also attended the event.
