Hu Henghua, director of the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission (HDRC) headed a delegation to Chenzhou on August 6 for a field investigation on the city's efforts to undertake the industrial transfer.  Xiang Lili, vice secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee and other municipal leaders including Xiang Shuguang accompanied director Hu in the investigation. After his visit to some industrial parks in the city, Mr. Hu suggested these parks make continuous efforts to improve infrastructure facilities to enhance their comprehensive capacity and attraction.
　　

Hu and his delegation inspected  the historical cultural blocks of Yuhou Street and old town renovation projects. The Yuhou Street scenic area must become another growth pole of the city's tourism industry, luring more investments to the city.
