Sponsored by the China Chess Center, the 5th Yangming Mountain Cross-Strait Go-Chess Invitational Tournament "Jinyuan Real Estate Cup" was launched in Chenzhou City on September 12. Hua Yigang, vice chairman of Chinese Weiqi Association (CWA), attended the opening ceremony.
　　

The Yangming Mountain in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province and Yangming Mountain in Taiwan share the same origin and became brother mountains in 2006. The tournament was held to promote the development of go-chess and enhance the cross-strait communication in economy and culture.
　　

The event has attracted 6 delegations with 40 participants, including famous entrepreneurs and cultural figures from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, as well as amateur go-chess masters from the mainland. It was the first time for Chenzhou delegation to take part in such a tournament and the first time for the city to hold such an event.
