The center aims to rectify the unhealthy tendency in the sector of construction and has strengthened the supervision on transactions of small-sum projects invested by the government. Since Suxian District took the lead in standardizing the transactions of small-sum projects and building a transparent platform, open bidding and tendering has been carried out on a large number of small-sum construction projects, saving the investment of over 1.2 million yuan.
