Huangrong Xiangjiang Bank (HXB) Chenzhou Branch was officially opened on the morning of November 8. It is the fifth branch of joint-stock commercial banks in Chenzhou City. Mao Tengfei, vice secretary of the CPC Chenzhou Municipal Committee declared its operation.

HXB's total deposits have exceeded 1.5 billion yuan and the total credit extension loans totaled 1 billion yuan.
