Volunteers give out brochures about environmental protection and explain tips on energy conservation.
 

On Dec. 4, the day before National Volunteer Day, volunteers in Chenzhou, Hunan Province, initiated an environmental publicity campaign themed as "Being Kind to the Nature and Protecting the Earth". The campaign was jointly launched by the Fucheng Volunteer Organization and the volunteer organizations in schools of Chenzhou. The volunteers publicized the idea of environmental protection and advocated low-carbon living style by means of cleaning up garbage in Beihu Park, giving out brochures and exhibiting boards printed with tips and knowledge of environmental protection.
