The awarding ceremony for "Shanghai's Ten New emerging IT Talents" was held on Dec. 12. CEO of Graphic Design Information Co.,Ltd. Zhou Qinghui, a native of Rucheng County, Chenzhou City, was included in the awarding list.

 

Leaders including Mayor of Shanghai Han Zheng met with Zhou after the ceremony.

 

"Shanghai's Ten New emerging IT Talents" is known to be the first comprehensive award for young IT personnel in Shanghai. It aims to select and commend those youngsters who have made remarkable contributions to Shanghai's informatization and boosted its IT industry.

 

Since its commencement ten years ago, the event has become a matter of great honor for youth engaged in IT industry.
