The forum of Hunan SASAC guidance and supervision was held in Chenzhou. In order to accelerate the construction of Hunan SASAC supervision system, state-owned work system shall be perfect, state-owned work mechanism be built and completed, state-owned economic structure be adjusted and optimized, state-owned work culture be cultivated etc..

Under current situation, Hunan economy is in a transformation and upgrading stage, the SASAC at all levels should firmly establish the value concept of “large state-owned, one game of chess”, perfect the SASAC organization system, upgrade the resource allocation efficiency, propel state-owned businesses to be concentrating on key and advantageous industries and areas, and lead the enterprises to confirm its key industries, property instruction and organization level. Meanwhile different levels’ strategic cooperation should be strengthened in order to boost the recombination among provincial, municipal and county state-owned enterprises and develop the projects significant to Hunan’s improvement.

In 2012, there were some breakthroughs for Chenzhou state-owned enterprises’ supervision, for example, 34 state-owned enterprises were subject to business evaluation, municipal state-owned enterprises leadership management interim procedures were drawn up, restructuring enterprise capital settlement was accelerating to fulfill the restructuring task within end of 2012, etc..

In the latter half of the year , Chenzhou will focus on propelling the pilot work of supervisory board of municipal state-owned enterprises, intensifying the joint project construction, enforcing the collection of state-owned capital gains, and doing well in party building innovation of state-owned enterprises to ensure the annual objectives and tasks achieving as scheduled.
