Recently, one post doctor from Beijing University submitted his job application to Zixing government with his enthusiasm and eager to be one of the members of Zixing construction team. That was one of the epitomes for Zixing city to introduce talents of high levels and the most shortage.

After Zixing city issued its talent introduction notice on July 17, 2012, different professional talents from national wide were attracted by the favorable introduction treatment, environment and sincerity. Till now, more than 360 consulting calls have been received by the human resources departments, in which there are 236 intention applications and about 100 formal submissions. The consulting and registered people are not just the undergraduates from Beijing University, Fudan University and other key colleges of China and graduates abroad, but also some post doctors from Beijing University and doctors from Central South University and from colleges belonging to“211 Project” and “985 Project”. All of them are willing to join in “the team of Zixing talent introduction” and to be one of the members for the construction of “another three years’ hard work to become top 100 counties”.
