In order to check the construction effect of its contact point - Sanhe village- in Huatang town, Beihu district, Chenzhou city, Routine Deputy Director of Political and Law Committee of Hunan Provincial Party Committee-Song Jiawu took an investigation on the village.

It was learned that there were 1668 villagers in the Sanhe village. In recent years, focusing on the ecological construction of tobacco, the village collected 14 million yuan to carry out the village construction planning programs. Its new rural construction work turned out to be with good effect for village roads and main roads leading to the village were well rebuilt and the tap water was finally accomplished, solving the drinking water supply of villagers. Furthermore, there was no criminal cases and sever casualty accidents occurring in the village in the recent three years.

Song Jiawu highly affirmed Sanhe village’s great achievements as a result of the support from provincial, municipal and district governments and villagers. Song hoped Sanhe village could seize this chance to get better and the villager should make full use of its advantages like forest, river and garden to establish a wealthy, ecological and healthy village with beautiful environment, good life, harmonious villagers, and happy visitors.
