It was learned from national natural science funds committee conference that one scientific research project launched by Huang Jingbo- dean of economy and management department of Xiangnan University was successfully approved with the subsidies of national natural science funds. The project is the coordinate mechanism research on no district ecological tourism development in the boundary of Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi province. It is a breakthrough for both Chenzhou city and Hunan province’s successful submission on ecological tourism research of national natural scientific funds.

It is old revolution base area, minority nationalities concentrated area, and underdeveloped area in the boundary of Hunan-Guangdong-Jiangxi province. Luoxiao mountainous area is one of the 14 destitute areas of China. This project launched by Dean Huang Jingbo is with practical significance to the reasonable usage of ecological tourism resources in the boundary, protecting ecological environment, creating more job vacancies, promoting economy development, realizing national equality, enhancing national unity and social stability, and boosting the development of destitute areas.
