It was learned from Chenzhou Finance and Securities Office that there were 5 enterprises of Chenzhou approved to be key listing reserves of Hunan province by Hunan listing work leadership team. The 5 new enterprises are Hunan Zhantai non-ferrous Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Yangtao Chemical Co., Ltd., etc.. Till now, there have been 12 listing reserve enterprises available in Chenzhou to form Chenzhou’s listing enterprise team.

Chenzhou city paid much attention to the listing work. In 2012, many new measure were carried out by Chenzhou government to upgrade its work, such as improving its listing work leadership team, revising and discharging “suggestions on forcefully propelling the enterprises listing work” and specifying more supporting policies like financing, tax and land for enterprises listing. As for the land supporting, Chenzhou government confirmed the priority usage for the key listing reserve enterprises. With respect to the tax, once the key listing reserve enterprises are registered in Hunan security regulatory bureau, the increasing part kept by local government on the base number of previous year tax submission will be totally reversed by the same level of fiancé. Regarding to the prize, 0.2 million yuan will be awarded to the OTC listed enterprises, 0.3 million yuan to the ones submitting listing materials, and 1 million to the listed ones.
