It was learned from Chenzhou Municipal Housing Department that followed with the requirement of national standards on“three establishment” and practical condition of Chenzhou city, disabled facilities transformation work would be launched in central urban area of Chenzhou city. According to the plan, series of disabled facilities demonstration areas, streets and spots would be established in following two years.

It was introduced that the key transformation areas were public places and public buildings, such as urban city roads, green parks, medical rehabilitation agencies, hotels, shopping malls, government building, service building of government affairs center, building of Chenzhou Municipal Disabled Federation, stations, public toilets, etc..

All the key transformation work would be followed with the exact plan to be finished within 2 years.
