Foundation-laying ceremony of auto parts and commercial vehicle market of Wanhua Motor City

Foundation-laying ceremony of auto parts and commercial vehicle market of Wanhua Motor City & opening ceremony of its marketing center was held in Chenzhou city on June 29, 2013. It was learned that the earthwork of 4S store of Wanhua motor city project was under construction, and foundation-laying of its auto parts market and commercial vehicle market have been finished. According to the time schedule, the whole project of Wanhua motor city would be fulfilled before first half year of 2015.

The auto part market of Wanhua motor city was covered with 65000 square meters, which would be a modern residential and commercial community one finished. The main body of this center would be finished at the end of 2013 and the marketing would be started then accordingly. In early 2014, it would be opened to the public officially.

Concerned for the commercial vehicle market of Wanhua motor city, it was with 40000 square meters where was adjacent to Chenzhou avenue. It was planned to start the operation in this October. Till now, 16 commercial vehicle agencies have signed the agreement with Wanhua motor city to settle their marketing center here. At the meantime, the first phase of the investment attraction has been fulfilled yet.

It was expressed on the speech delivered by Jiang Zhaohui- the principal of Chengfeng real estate project that Pengfeng Group would keep their sound business tradition with credit to provide the best quality for the enterprises settled down in the motor city and help to solve the problems hindered on their way of further development. According to the record, Pengfeng Groups was honored as top 500 private enterprises of China and top ten automobile agency of Shenzhen, etc..

It was introduced that Wanhua motor city was located in the new city of high speed railway area where is the joint part of Chenzhou avenue and 107 national road. As one of the key projects for Hunan provincial and Chenzhou municipal “twelfth five-year plan”, Wanhua motor city was planned to be improved as a comprehensive industrial park with the function of brand auto marketing, second hand auto marketing, auto parts market, residential and commercial area, etc.. Once finished, a new industry structure of auto and auto part market would be formed in Chenzhou city, which would be helpful to upgrade Chenzhou city’s competitiveness on auto industry in south of China.
