It was required on promotion conference of Chenzhou working style rectification- “year of economic development condition”

Recently, educational practice activity of following the Party’s mass line was carried out in Hunan province. Promotion conference of Chenzhou working style rectification- “year of economic development condition” was held on July 11, 2013. It was stressed on the conference that economic development condition should be highlighted to solve the key problems hindered the way of economic development with further working style rectification. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee delivered an important speech there. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city hosted the conference.

In 2012, followed with the theme “five deposes”, Chenzhou city’s working style rectification work was knee on the key point of“can’t dos”. In 2013, followed with the theme of remediation of development condition, the working style rectification work was knee on “dos”. Next year, Chenzhou city would further carry out the work to focus on “do good”.

Xiang stated that it was a hard and long term work for working style rectification. Though sound working style rectification work was carried out in Chenzhou city from the beginning of this year by focusing on the theme, practicing with practical condition and taking effective actions, there were still some problems need to be upgraded and solved urgently. 

Xiang emphasized that some problems hindered the way of improvement of economic development condition should be solved forcefully. Key points on streamline administration and institute decentralization, retreatment of “three chaos”, regulation of intermediary agencies, optimization of industrial park condition, renovation of construction condition, effectiveness of “TV in politics”, and etc., should be highlighted.

Xiang also stressed that the activities concerned on “year of economic development condition” should be further promoted with sound guiding, specified responsibility mechanism, and supportive measures.

Li Ping- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City presented the monitoring and evaluation report for Chenzhou city’s economic development and delivered a speech on the inspection of assets of Chenzhou municipal administrative departments.

Qu Hai said development condition was the “booster” for Chenzhou city’s take-off, which need to be placed much attention to be optimized. All the departments should forcefully promote the “ten key projects” with specified responsibility to solve the problems of development. Monitoring and evaluation work was the “long-acting medicine” for the retreatment of development condition which need to be carried out vigorously. All the departments should follow the working plan to carry out the work with sound communication.

Indexes of monitoring and evaluation was the “barometer”for the development condition, which need to be used practically. All the departments should follow the indexes to figure out the working plan and solve the problems accordingly.
