It was learned from the on-site conference of Chenzhou regional development and poverty alleviation that a number of infrastructure projects as transportation, energy, water conservancy, etc. should be carried out to promote the well-off society construction of Luoxiao mountainous areas of Chenzhou section. The conference was held on July 29, 2013.

According to the plan, more construction projects would be launched during “twelfth five-year plan” period to upgrade the traffic condition of poverty stricken counties. At the meantime, more public bus lines would be set there accordingly. Some water conservancy projects would be carried out to enhance the comprehensive production capacity and disaster relief capacity of the poverty areas. Pipeline construction, power grid construction, wind power electricity project and other energy construction projects would be promoted accordingly on the basis of the poverty area counties’ practical condition.
