Further supervision for this top issue- Chenyong avenue was carried out by Xiang Lili and Qu Hai to ensure its fulfillment on time

On August 5, 2013, Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated the construction site of Chenyong avenue and extended their regards to the workers who fought against the heat to fulfill the project.

Xiang and Qu started their investigation trip from Suxian section of Chenyong avenue. Different sections were with different progress on the construction, but all were busy in catching the same target to finish it as soon as possible. Till now, 1.07 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled in Chenyong avenue, covering 66.02% of total. According to the time schedule, it would be placed to public at the end of this year.

After checking the construction progress of some controlled projects, Xiang and Qu chatted with some of the workers who were working on the front-line of the projects, and handed out drinking water to them. Xiang highly affirmed their great efforts in working on the projects and expressed their government’s greetings and concerns for them to take care of themselves under this heat season and try to finish the project on time.

A symposium was held afterward. Xiang stated: “It is the crucial year for Chenzhou city’s transportation construction. Chenyong avenue is the top project which indicates Chenzigui-Chenyongyi great cross town cluster to be in half-an-hour corn economical circle. As planned, Yueru expressway will be taken into operation within 2013 which indicates that all 11 counties of Chenzhou city will step into the expressway era and will be in one-hour economical circle. Both are significant to the development of Chenzhou city. ”

Xiang pointed out that under current condition, Chenyong avenue could be finished before the end of this year. All the departments should pay much attention on the promotion of this project with enhanced scheduling to ensure its fulfillment on time.

Xiang also stated some requirements on keeping carrying out the project’s construction: first, it should be followed the time schedule well to promote the construction progress; second, it should be with high quality to handle out the construction of the project; third, it should be under safe construction condition with enhanced management; forth, it should be with sound environmental protection measures on the process of project construction; and fifth, some landscapes along the avenue should be protected well.

Qu Hai asked on the conference that more efforts should be placed on the key points with high quality and rapid speed to ensure this top project could be finished on time.
