“What is your comment and suggestion for Chenzhou government’s service for the enterprises?”was a question listed by Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City when he visited Delta Electronics Group on August 28, 2013. Wu Xinghua- General Manager of the enterprise sincerely answered that it was with great improvement in recent years. After listening to Wu’s answer, Qu stated that more efforts need to be placed on the upgrading of service for enterprises in future. Qu visited some other enterprises of Chenzhou Export Processing Industrial Park (Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park) at the same day and helped to solve problems got into the way of their development.

Zhongyuan International City was located on Xiangshan avenue of the industrial park, covering 384m areas with 3.2 billion investment. Once finished, it would be a comprehensive commercial service center in Chenzhou city. After learning that water and electricity supply were not so stable from the beginning of its construction in last June, Qu asked the principals of relative departments to solve it at the soonest time on site. Some problems listed by Grape New Energy and Delta Electronics were assisted to be solved accordingly during Qu’s trip.

A symposium was held after Qu’s on-site visit of enterprises in the industrial park. Qu said openly that the investigation team members and he were not to listening to the praise here, they just wanted to help solve some problems for the enterprises, so all the principals of the enterprises should not hesitate to list the problems encountered on the development. On this point, some problems as public transportation condition, further cooperation between enterprises and schools of Chenzhou city, etc. were presented by the principals of enterprises.

Qu discussed the problem details with the principals of relative departments on the symposium immediately and asked them to figure out specified time schedule to solve them accordingly. Qu stated that it was responsible for the departments to serve for the enterprises. Upgrading of administrative efficiency should be enhanced to relieve the pressures of enterprises. Great improvement has been achieved on the optimization of industrial park’s economical condition, but further work should be taken by the enterprises to compete with the costal developed areas. Qu emphasized that all the departments should work together to solve the problems listed by the enterprises at the soonest time.
