It was reported that demonstration continuous in Thailand’s capital-Bangkok, so Chinese Embassy in Thailand kept reminding Chinese visitors to take care of the security in Thailand during this period. It was learned from some travel agencies that some of the visitors applied to cancel their travel plan and some agencies postponed their travel groups recently.

It was introduced by a staff of Wulianguan Travel Agency that their travel plans was affected by the unrest situation of Thailand. All the travel groups to Thailand were postponed to the end of December. There are three key lines to Thailand, first is from Bangkok to Pattava, second is to Phuket island and the third is to Chiengmai. The most popular one is the first one which would travel from the demonstration area of Bangkok. It is unsafe to travel from such demonstration area, so they’d like recommend travelers not to go there currently. The agency would keep following the situation of Thailand.

As said by a staff of Chenzhou CYTS that a client who planned to travel alone to Thailand insisted to cancel the travel plan after learning this demonstration condition. But most of the travel groups were followed normal schedule to go to Thailand and they were informed that all were under good condition. Generally speaking, because tourism industry is the mainstay industry of Thailand, the demonstrators are friendly to the visitors.

Concerned for current situation in Thailand, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand reminded all the Chinese travelers not to go to the demonstration areas or go outside at night. It is better not to wear red and yellow color clothes to avoid some troublesome.
