It was learned that a concentrated approval for the projects of opening ceremony of 2014 fourth China Chenzhou International Leisure and Culture Festival was handled out in the administration center of Rucheng county. It was purposely to ensure all the key tourism projects to be promoted fluently.

It was introduced that nine units as Rucheng Stability Office, Rucheng Environmental Protection Bureau, Rucheng Planning Bureau, Rucheng Land and Resources Bureau, Rucheng Forestry Bureau, Rucheng Development and Reform Bureau, Rucheng Housing Bureau, Rucheng Tourism Bureau and Rucheng Administration Center were asked to handle this approval work jointly. 46 major projects as International Hot Spring Tourism Resort, Reshui Hot Spring Lanscape Square and its service center and some other ones were approved together in this activity. This kind of concentrated approval helped to reduce the approval time, optimize approval procedure, decrease the cost of approval and increase the working efficiency, so all projects owners can pay more time on the construction issues to make sure all projects to be fulfilled on time.
