It was reported that Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park on December 25, 2013. Xiang and his team investigated some projects construction sites and checked some details of the park’s industrial development.

The Undergraduate Innovation Base which was launched in this October was amounted with 600 million yuan investment, covering 0.3 million square meters. Standard workshops, business buildings, service centers and some other facilities would be facilitated there accordingly. It was estimated to be finished in next December with an estimated total annual output value of 15 billion yuan. It would be a new highlight for the industrial concentration of industrial park. Xiang stated that the undergraduates were the new forces for the promotion of entrepreneurship. The innovation base was a sound platform established for the undergraduates. It should be construction with high level planning and standards with perfect infrastructures. It should be promoted as a entrepreneurial and technological industrial park.

Xiang and his team also visited Gelanbo Industrial Park, TECO, Kangmeifeng Airconditioner, and Shanghai Zhongkun Headquarters Economic Park to check the progresses of these projects construction. Xiang asked that the high-tech industrial park should provide the best construction condition for all the projects to accelerate its reasonable industry layout and enhance its capacity of technological innovation.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Xiang with this investigation.
